Kelsie Gahan was born in the city of Saint John in New Brunswick in 1970. Her father was working in Saint John.
The day Kelsie was born Edward Lapointe, Opal brother took her to the hospital since Charles was at work. The other two children were in Fredericton with Opal mother. Opal said Kelsie was late because she was trying to push a car out of a ditch and fell.
Charles Gahan, Kelsie father and Opal Lapointe were 5 years married at the time of Kelsie birth. The lived at Sand cove Road. Charles was working for Chidits Construction Company located on Sand Cove Road when Kelsie was brought to, after released from the Hospital.
They lived in a trailer on the company property until moving back to Fredericton Nb
While in Saint John , Opal tells me; she took the bus with her three children to gagetown to visit her mother a few times.
Kelsie attended Barker's Point school in Barker's Point, Nb Canada. She lived in Pine Grove Trailer Park until 1979. Then moved to Homestead Drive, where they still preside.
