Biography

Robert L. Fullerton was the son of William Fullerton. His mother is unknown. He was probably born in Lower Chanceford, York County, Pennsylvania.

Robert married Sarah Jane Fisher on March 18, 1834 in Jefferson, Muskingum County, Ohio. ^[1] She was the daughter of Absalom Lenox Fisher and Harriet Johnson.
