No record for Edward could be located for the US Census, 1900. Ten years later his family was living in Oklahoma City Ward 6, Oklahoma. His oldest child enumerated was Mary who was born about 1899 in Iowa. The other children were all born in Oklahoma between 1902 and 1908. It is unknown where the family lived between 1899 and 1902. Did they move from Iowa directly to Oklahoma or live somewhere else during those 3 years?[4]
Edward completed his WW1 draft registration on September 12, 1918. This record listed him residing in Denver, Colorado with his wife, Sarah E. Fuller. Edward, a 43 year old brown haired, grey eyed man, was of medium height/build and was employed as a Barber. His draft registration was the only record found confirming the date of birth listed on his FindAGrave Memorial[5]
