Charles Fuller Jr is Notable.

Charles Fuller was an African-American playwright best known for his play A Soldier's Play which he also wrote the screenplay for and was turned into the Hollywood film A Soldier's Story (1984).

After the success of A Soldier’s Play, he received honorary doctorate degrees from La Salle, Villanova, and Chestnut Hill College.^[1]

US Army Veteran (1958-1961).

Parents: Charles H. Fuller, Sr. and Lillian Anderson. Marriages: 1) Miriam Nesbitt (married 1962, died 2006); two sons-David I Fuller and Charles Fuller III (died in 2013), 2) Claire Prieto-Fuller.
