Elizabeth was born in 1742.
On 6th December 1764 Elizabeth married Thomas Frank, merchant and son of Richard Frank at the Quaker meeting in Bristol. Her parents were named as Zephaniah and Abigail. Zephaniah was a Woolen Draper. Their relations were;
