Clarence was born in 1903. He is the son of Michael Fritz and Theresa Berna.

Marriage

Clarence married Anna Baueron May 3, 1927, in Monroe County, New York.[1]

1940-Clarence age 35, married, worked as an examiner and shrinker for a clothing manufacturer, (brother-in-law of the head of household). Rochester, NY.[6]

1942-Clarence age 39, 2 years of high school, divorced. Enlisted Army July 15, 1942. See the Military Service section for more information

1950- Clarence (age 43), Truck Driver, married to Anna, living in Brooklyn, Kings, New York. Two children and a brother-in-law in the household. [7]

Military Service

Clarence served in the US Army during WWII. He enlisted on July 16, 1942, served for a year, and was discharged on July 19, 1943. Clarence died on December 25, 1984. His Military BIRLS death file lists his birth (29 April 1903), death (25 Dec 1984), enlistment and discharge dates, as well as his branch of service.[8]

On the Electronic Army Serial Number military record, Clarence was listed as divorced without dependents, had two years of high school education, and his civilian occupation was listed as Unskilled occupations in the manufacture of textiles. He enlisted as a private, and his term of enlistment was "for the duration of the war plus six months." [9]

Death

Clarence died (age 81) on December 25, 1984, in Pinellas, Florida.[10]
