Irene Esther Frazier was born on December 17, 1907 in Watertown, Jefferson, New York, United States, daughter of Levi Frazier and Delia P (Hanlon)Frazier.^[1]

Irene (22) married Herbert Ralph Francis Barker (29) (born on March 5, 1901 in Brockville, Leeds and Grenville, Ontario, Canada; son of Herbert Charles Barker and Margaret (Fraser) Barker) on September 19, 1930 in Onondaga, New York.^[2] They divorced before 1950.

Irene died in October, 1969 in Province of New York, aged 61. She was buried in Saint Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt, Onondaga County, New York.^[3]
