Rosannah was born in 1839 in the small town of Stovertown, Ohio the daugher of William Frazier and Nancy Armstrong. Her family is recorded in Brush Creek, Muskingum, Ohio in 1850[1] and 1860[2] She married Henry Clay Baughman 2 Mar 1866 at Zanesville, Ohio.[3]and by 1870 had moved to Rantoul, Champaign, Illinois.[4] By 1900 Henry, Rosannah and family are in Ninnescah, Reno County, Kansas[5] and by 1910 in Morton, Sedgwick County, Kansas.[6][7]
Husband Henry passed away in 1925 and Rosannah on 22 Feb 1935.[8]
