Biography

Sarah Ann Frazier was born May 13, 1843. She is the daughter of James Frazier and Jane Giffen and she married William Y. Taggert [sic] on October 16, 1866. Sarah died on July 24, 1920 at St. Clairsville, O. The Taggert [sic] residence had for many years been in Cincinnati.
