William Klee Frank was born on April 27, 1890 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, son of Isaac William Frank (1855–1930) and Tinnie K Klee (1861–1945).[1]
William was living in Allegheny, Pennsylvania in 1900[1] and 1910.[2] He registered for the draft for World War I. [3]
William (49) married (2) Mary Knobasher (39) (born about 1900) in 1940. Their daughter was Maude Frank (~1945–1996).
William died on November 21, 1964 in New York, New York, United States, aged 74.
