Biography

William Klee Frank was born on April 27, 1890 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, son of Isaac William Frank (1855–1930) and Tinnie K Klee (1861–1945).^[1]

William was living in Allegheny, Pennsylvania in 1900^[1] and 1910.^[2] He registered for the draft for World War I. ^[3]

When he was 24, William married Florence Kingsbacher (23) (born on June 20, 1891 in Allegheny City, Allegheny, Pennsylvania; daughter of Moritz (Königsbacher) Kingsbacher and Sophie M (Friedenheit) Kingsbacher) on December 14, 1914 in New York, NY, USA. Their children were:^[4][5][6]

• James A Frank (1918–2004)
• Margaret Frank (1923–1978)

William (49) married (2) Mary Knobasher (39) (born about 1900) in 1940. Their daughter was Maude Frank (~1945–1996).
