Biography
Gédéon Fortin was born on June 30, 1837 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Bas-Canada, son of Pierre Fortin and Olive Fournier.[1]
Pierre Gedeon Fortin (25) married Marie Justine Chouinard (34) on August 12, 1862 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Canada-Est.[2] Their known children were: Joseph Fortin (1865– ).
He married Demerise Pelletier on October 30, 1883, in Sainte-Louise, Québec, Canada.
He passed away on February 24, 1916, in Sainte-Louise.
