Biography

Lewis was born in 1877. He was the son of Levi Forth and Missouri Brown.

He was on the census with his parents in Hickory Hill, Wayne, Illinois in 1880.[1]

He married Effie Alma Calvin in 1893. They had four children.

Lewis and Effie and their children were in Hickory Hill in 1900.[2]

Effie passed away in 1903.

He then married Eunice Lavina Walker. They had five children.

Lewis and Eunice were in Hickory Hill in 1910.[3]

They moved to Danville, Vermilion, Illinois by 1917.[4] They were on the census there in 1920.[5]

Eunice passed away in 1921.

His third wife was Nellie Frances Galyen. They married on 01 Aug 1925 in Elmer, Macon county, Missouri. They were living in South Sugar Creek, Randolph, Missouri in 1930.[6] They divorced in 1932.

His fourth wife was Mrs. Berilla "Bee" or "Bea" (Gorham) Hardy.

He passed away in 1941 in Moberly in Randolph county, Missouri.[7]
