Robert was born December 30, 1916[1][2] He legally changed his name to Robert Naylor deLundie Forman.
He passed away on August 23, 1995[3]. He left behind a genealogical labor of love in the form of the FORMAN Family Name Index Book that he and his sister Phoebe-Jane Garland collaborated on. You can read the introduction to that book here.
