Hazel Irene Foley was born on March 30, 1903 in Lake View, Calhoun, Michigan.^[1] she was the daughter of Thomas A Foley, and Flora King.^[2][3]

Hazel Irene Foley (19) married Walter Perry Claiborne (25) on 17 July 1922 in Vancouver, Clarke County, Washington.^[2] They had one child.
