Penelope Evaline Flowers (she used both names) was born in Georgia in 1826, the daughter of Drury Flowers and Catherine Sullivan. [1]
She married Daniel Johnson in 1854. [2] They were the parents of William, Talula, and Charlie. [3] The 1900 census shows Evaline and Daniel Johnson living in DeKalb, Alabama. [4] She died in 1905 and is buried at the Salem United Methodist Church in DeKalb County, Alabama. [5]
