You've been a member for about a week so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions? Most of us have questions after all that information!
I want to help! Click my name, send me a private message or ask in the comment section of my page. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.

Hi Charmaine, welcome to WikiTree. I pre-merge edited the bio of Fivaz-1 the profile you want to joint the trusted list of in order to merge your duplicate of Fivaz-90 with - to show you how we collate data wiithin profiles in this project. As you have now noticed, many of the earlier 19th century and most of the earlier 18th and 17th century profiles have already been created. This means only linking up with most of the South African genealogical lines and profiles of that period.

Thank you for volunteering. Your family sound fascinating.
The tab you have created will unfortunately not connect you to anyone following the surnames you mention in your comments.
I recommend you add the surnames each one as a separate tag
Follow this link to get to your Tags: editing your tags and then add them there.
In case you require any assistance in your own language which appears to be Afrikaans I have asked a colleague to drop by to say hello.
Best Wishes Janet
