Biography
Kathleen Mary Finneran, married name Deal, was born about 1892 in Ireland. She may be the daughter of Thomas Finneran and Sarah Cooke, as named on her death registration.
Emigration to Australia. By 1925.
Marriage. In 1925, she married Frederick Dundas Deal, in Victoria, Australia. [1]
Death. Kathleen Mary Deal died in 1975, aged 83. Her death was registered at Edithvale, Victoria, Australia, giving Galway, Ireland, as her birthplace. [2]
Burial. On or about 18th April 1975, her remains were buried in the grave of her husband's parents, Elizabeth and John Deal having predeceased her in 1928 and 1931 respectively. Cheltenham Cemetery, where they are buried, is now known as the Cheltenham Pioneer Cemetery. [3]
