Alzada Finley was born on February 14, 1868 in Decatur, Wise, Texas, United States, daughter of Thomas J. Finley (~1841– ) and Eliza Lee Jennings (~1842–<1941).
In 1870, Alzada (2) was living in Precinct 5, Coryell with her siblings, Thomas (30), Eliza (29), Elizabeth (4), and Elizabeth (63); and John Edman Finley (2/12). [1]
Alzada (17) married David James Beaty (22) (born on March 23, 1862 in McClenon, Texas; son of Pleasant H. Beaty and Mary Ann Tinker) on February 22, 1885.[2] Their children were:
