Biography
Phoebe was born in 1791.
- In 1850, enumerated with Phebe and John was a William Ferguson, six years her junior. Perhaps a younger brother?[1]
She married John Williams in 1809 in Floyd, Pulaski, Kentucky.
She passed away in 1841. [2]
Children included (there were likely more), all born Kentucky:[1]
