If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add, please read our Pre-1700 profiles info. Also, be sure to include a list of the sources used, on each profile you add.

Barbara Faughnan

On the Faughnan side of my family we have a very detailed tree. On the other side of my family (Stillwell/Bartolett/Bertolet/Gould - we never knew them. I have been able to trace the Stillwell side into the late 1700s and just recently found my Bartolett/Bertolet side by getting my great grandfather's death certificate. Over the years they did change the spelling of their name and by using the death certificate and the "other spelling" I have hit a home run.
