Biography

Joseph was born in 1937 in Pennsylvania. He married a woman named Winnofea G in September, 1959 in Florida.[1] When he passed away, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida. He shares a grave marker with his wife. His grave is inscribed: AN US Navy, A Loving Husband and Father. [2]
