Frederick William Fagg was born on December 9, 1889 in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia, son of William Fagg (1848–1937) and Mary Eliza Wellard (1852–1940).^[1]

Frederick (21) married Isabella Culey (20) (born on November 10, 1890 in Bundaberg; daughter of Joseph Culey and Emily (Goodman) Culey) on August 26, 1911 in Queensland. Their children were:
