Emery married Kitty Clyde Green in Wakulla County, Florida in 1918.[1] When he passed away in 1999, he was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida, next to his wife, and daughter and son-in-law.
