Virginia Pearl Estep was born 22 October 1866 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William Thomas Estep and Harriet Virginia Armstrong.[1]

Virginia Pearl Estep Campbell died 16 December 1955 in Dravosburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and was buried at Richland Cemetery, Dravosburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.[3]
