When Absalom was about 25 he married Nancy Daniel in about 1775 in North Carolina, United States.^[2]

In 1778 Absalom (age about 28) was living in No Township Listed, Orangeburg District, SC.^[3]

In 1780 Absalom (age about 30) was living in River, Saluda, South Carolina, United States.^[4]
