Thanks, Mark. I just want to see things done properly. Merging should always be the first recourse, no matter how many changes are needed, as long as it's obvious that they're the same person. Guess we'll see if anyone responds...
Hi..I did the merges, but this flu has me stuck in the bed. I will see how I feel, and will fix any errors once I can get online. Thanks, and be well. :)

Real quick before I lay down...yes that's my GG. There's pics etc. My great grandma told me about him when I would visit in South Ga. I'm from Ga. Originally. :) I have a huge family tree on ancestry too, I'm just now starting it here too. I'll check facebook tomorrow too.

Hi again. :) Do you know what year Jesse was born. My GG is Jesse Moore around 1839 if that's the one you are concerned about. My great Uncle is named after him. Feel free to merge, or I can tomorrow. I have a bad flu bug, so I have to call it a night. I'll check back tomorrow. Have a wonderful night, Cousin. :)

Hi Shanan, He is my 3x great Grandfather. I would love to initiate a merge, but would like to remove two spurious descendants first -- I noticed that There are both a "Linnie" and a "Malinda" born the same year who are probably the same person, and also a "Jesse" and a "Benjamin" born the same year which is almost impossible. I need to research in some census lists to verify. After that, I'll initiate a merge if you're still in agreement. :)

Hi Mark. John Moore is my 4x great Grandfather and I have a good bit of information on him. You may want to merge with mine. How are you related to him? Thanks.

HI, I see you are working on merges, you may want to review http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Matching_and_Merging_FAQ to understand your responsibilities in doing merges. Remember, after the merge you will want to clean up the text. During a merge, the text from the merged-away profile is simply appended onto the end of the text of the merged-into profile. You will want to integrate it into a single biography and a single sources section. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Hey Mark,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards .

If you need to describe an event, heirloom or a location relevant to your research, try Free Space Profiles .

If you run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving these unfortunate situations.

A project of note is the Global Family Reunion check it out at Global Family Reunion.
