Biography

Sarah was born in 1855. She is the daughter of Silas Easton and Eveline Strader. She married Adam Troxell in 1875.[1] She passed away in 1934. Sarah Mildred is buried in Liberty Cemetery, Charleston, Coles County, Illinois.[2]

In 1855, Walt Whitman published "Leaves of Grass", "Uncle Tom`s Cabin" opened as a play in Paris, and Congress appropriated $30k to import camels for the military. King Camp Gillette (inventor of the safety razor) and James Schoolcraft Sherman (27th U.S. Vice-President) were born in 1855.
