Annie Earp was born on 20 December 1823 in Pennsylvania, the daughter of Robert Earp and Mary Ann Randall.^[1]

Annie Earp married William Hepburn Armstrong.^[2]

Annie Earp Armstrong died 13 May 1884 in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware and was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Washington, District of Columbia, District of Columbia.^[3]
