There is a discrepancy between the birth date (November 10, 1860) recorded in the family Bible and in the death record, and the birth date (November 10, 1859) recorded in the 1901 census.
"Clara Kitchen" has been indexed as "Clara Witchan". The certificate says his birthplace was Townsend; and that his parents were James and Eleanor Eadie.
