Thanks for having a Big Heart and taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles. You will want to read this After Adopting Orphans as it explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. You may also want to go through the new member help on How to manage your Watchlist. Please make sure to pay special attention to the merges that need your attention and the unsourced profiles on your Watchlist. If you need help, please ask.
Hi DavaLynn, I recently sent you a trusted list request for James N Rathbun (1887-1972) as I'd like to review a proposed merge of that profile with James Rathbun (1887-1972) and complete the merge if appropriate. Please let me know if you didn't receive the request, and I can resend it to you. Thanks so much! Gillian
I found the 13 generations from my Grandfather, Frank Joy (1907-1986) to Thomas Joy (1583-1614) now your post has number 16. So cool! I'm having a little trouble understanding why some have the (e) dropped in the US and some don't.
If DavaLynn Joy is a descendant of Abel Sprague or from the William Sprague line I can help as I have traced to my heritage to the Sprague's arrival in America. I am assuming the Trusted List is helpful to communications with the Profile manager of Abel Sprague. Thank you. David F. Howland
Let me know when you get Thomas Scriven's emigrating ancestors together, who they are and where they settled. I would appreciate it. --And what is your Scriven connection, if you don't mind my asking?
