Biography

When Severine DUPUY and her twin brother Severin were born on October 31, 1831, in St Martinville, Louisiana, their father, Victor, was 33 and their mother, Modeste, was 24. She married ELIJAH LANE HOOPER on October 28, 1847, in Iberville, Louisiana. They had five children during their marriage. She died in 1915 in Louisiana having lived a long life of 84 years, and was buried in Plaquemine, Louisiana.

When Severine DUPUY was born on October 31, 1831, in St Martinville, Louisiana, her father, Victor, was 34, and her mother, Modeste, was 24. She married Elisha W. (Hylache Lane) HOOPER and they had five children together. She then married John Jefferson and they had one daughter together. She died on January 3, 1887, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 55, and was buried there.
