Biography

Jean, son of Antoine Duheme and of Marie Villé, was born and baptized about 1722 at St-Pierre, Coupet, ev. Agen, Guyenne (auj. Clermont-Soubiran, ar. Agen, Lot-et-Garonne). ^{[1] [2]}

Jean Duhemme dit Quercy, Regiment soldier, son of the late Antoine Duhemme and of late Marie Villé of St-Pierre de Caupet, diocèse d'Agen, Guienne, and Marie Charlotte Dubreuil, widow of François Vésina, daughter of late Jean-Etienne Dubreuil and of late Marie-Charlotte Janis, were married on 24 Nov 1757 in Quebec. ^{[3] [4]} The couple had 5 children, but most of them died young: ^[5]
