Biography

Cyrille Dufour was born January 27, 1825 in St. David, Maine.
He was the son of David Dufour and Charlotte Pothier.[1]
He married Anastasie Thibodeau,[2], the daughter of Benjamin Thibodeau and Barbe Cormier, on Novemer 12, 1849 at St. Basile in Edmundston, NB.[3]
The couple had at least 8 children:

1. Delina Marie born May 26, 1851[4]
2. Abraham born August 18, 1852[5]
3. Eleonore born Fenruary 1, 1854[6]
4. Xavier Francois born September 15, 1855[7]
5. Sophie born December 21, 1856[8]
6. Charles born May 24, 1859[2]
7. Alexis C. born October 3, 1860[9]
8. Madeline Dufour born July 22, 1862[10]

Cyrille died in 1864, and was buried at the St. Basile Cemetery in Edmundston, NB.[1]
