Biography
Julia Mary Ellen Downing was born in England in 1877. She married Charles James Fox. They lived in Alberta.[1] She passed away in Duncan, British Columbia, Canada in 1968.[2][3] Julia is buried at the Chilliwack Cemeteries in Chilliwack, British Columbia.[4]
