Thank you Sarah. The merge was suggested based on an email I received 4 months ago from what appeared to be the profile owner. Robert said that he was the son of Florence Sheila Douglas. That led me to assume that Douglas-11979 should be merged with Douglas-8686. It wasn't a random suggestion without any background information.
