- Bachelor Thomas Dixon (Carman age 23) of NorthWharf Rd, son of George Dixon (Boatman) married after Banns Charlotte Louisa Waters (age 22), spinster daughter of Steffan Henry Waters (Carman), on 23 May 1897 in Saint Mary, Paddington Green, Westminster, England. Both signed the Register in the presence of W Waters and Annnie Milne. [1]
