Biography

Thomas was born to Albert Allen Dimmick and Ida R Pattison in 1913.

Tom studied Journalism at the University of Oregon. Instead of pursuing that as a career he went into the lumber business with his father, in Coos Bay, Oregon in 1935.[1]

He married Marvin Jane Hawkins, daughter to Marvin John Hawkins and Zettie Messer.

In 1948, he purchased the old Tiffany home in Benbow, California and was, with his father, in business with the Briceland Lumber Company in Briceland California.[1]

In 1950, the Anderson Family brought Tom on to manage the mill at Andersonia, California and he purchased the Tiffany home in Benbow, California.[1]

He passed away in 1996.[2][3]
