Was raised being told about native ancestry in my Dillon grandfather's side that I would like to either prove or disprove and seam to of had direct ancestors that came over on the mayflower and many that died there first winter

P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.

Most of the early generation Mayflower descendants already have profiles at WikiTree. You can learn more about that and how to connect your twig to those descendants on the Mayflower Project home page.
Take your time, keep track of sources, and use the Genealogist-to-Genealogist (G2G) forum to ask questions about families and research.

The data in the GEDCOM file that you uploaded can be used to create or update profiles but it isn't an automatic process. The GEDCOMpare process link that I provided a few minutes ago explains more.
There is a tool that can help with cleaning up GEDCOM-created biographies. It lets you concentrate on the genealogy rather than the formatting. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.
Please do let me know if you have any questions about how WikiTree works, even if they seem minor. My rule of thumb when I started was to search for an answer for five minutes, then reach out to my Greeters, and then resume searching. I might have found the answer before they got back to me but they sometimes offered a different way of doing the same thing which was easier. We are always here to help.
