Albert Wayne Diggs was born on 1 Apr 1928 in Wadesboro, Anson, North Carolina, United States, son of George Alexander Diggs (1892 - 1937) and Margaret Elizabeth (Preslar) Caudle (1898 - 1987).

Albert married Adley Belle Hinton (1915 - 2010).

Albert died on 4 Dec 2006 in West Plains, Howell, Missouri aged 78.

Albert Wayne Diggs, age 79, of Thomasville, Mo., was born April 1, 1927, in Wadesboro, N.C., the son of the late George and Margaret Preslar Diggs. He died Dec. 4, 2006, at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.

Survivors include: his wife, Adley of Mountain View, Mo.; two daughters, Annette Withers of Michigan and Bonnie Cornelius of North Carolina; two sons, Ralph Diggs of North Carolina and David Diggs of Colorado; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

The funeral services were held Dec. 9 in the Clary Chapel with Bro. Charles Trantham officiating. Burial followed in the Jolliff Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Alton.
