Biography
Concetta di Miceli is a Corleone native resident, the daughter of Michaele di Miceli and Vincenza Marino, who married in 1841. She is named after her paternal grandmother.
Her father dies in 1850.
Concetta marries Calogero Gulotta, son of the late Nicolo’ Gulotta and the living Paola Fratello, on 29 April 1862.[1]
Calogero and Concetta have at least one child, Maria (1882).
Maria is born 10 September 1882[2] in Corleone, the daughter of Calogero Gulotta and Concetta di Miceli.
Maria marries Arcangelo Paternostro on 20 November 1904. Her parents have died by this time.[3]
Maria and Arcangelo emigrate to the United States, where they settle in Louisiana.
Maria dies at age 79 on 5 April 1962 in Labadieville, Assumption, LA.[4] She is buried in Saint Philomena Cemetery.[2]
