Biography

David Morgan Deck was born on 12 Dec 1842 in Berkeley, Virginia, United States. He was the son of Henry Deck and Sidney Williamson.

About 1874, he married Frances Catherine Roberts in West Virginia, United States.

He died on 9 Feb 1917 in Martinsburg, Berkeley, West Virginia, United States and was buried at Norbourne Parish Cemetery in Martinsburg, Berkeley, West Virginia, United States on 11 Feb 1917.
