Arthur was born about 1876. He was the son of Washington Dearing and Victoria Douglass. He had a twin sister, Helen. In the 1880 census Arthur (age 4) was the nephew of Douglass Layfayette in Fredericksburg, Gillespie, Texas, United States.[1]
In the 1900 census Arthur (age 20), Barber, was the single son of Victoria Dearing in San Angelo, Tom Green, Texas.[2]
Arthur was single and working as a waiter when he died (age 33) on 5 April 1909 in Georgetown, Washington..Arthur, son of Wash Dearing & Victoria Douglas, died (age 33) on 5 April 1909 in Georgetown, King, Washington, United States.[3]
