Biography
Charles Davis was born in 1892. He died December 12, 1918 due to complications of Influenza. He was an inmate in the Missouri State Penitentiary.[1] He was buried in the Convict Cemetery at the State Pen.[2]
Charles was later reinterred in the Longview Cemetery in Jefferson City, Missouri when the Convict Cemetery was disbanded.[3]
