Clarence W. Dart, Jr. was born in Saratoga Springs, New York on July 17, 1961. He was the son of Clarence Dart and Melford Jackson. Clarence was a student at Saratoga Springs High School where he was a member of the high school chorus. He was also a member of the United Methodist Church in Saratoga Springs where he assisted with Sunday school. Clarence passed away on February 1, 1977 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York from injuries sustained when he was stuck by a vehicle. He was only 15 years old at the time of his death. ^[1]

Clarence is buried in Greenridge Cemetery in Saratoga Springs. He shares a headstone with his parents. ^[2]
