Biography
Born to John Foster Daley & Dora Stires. Liz and her sister Margie were later adopted by their step-father Joseph William Meeks and were raised under the Meeks last name. I use Daley as her maiden name only for biological purposes.

Elizabeth Ann Daley Meeks Fanning of Paradise, Texas, age 74, passed away in the comfort of her home on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
Service: 10:00 am, Monday, September 19, 2022 at First Baptist Church, Haltom City.
Interment: Following service at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown
Visitation: 3:00 to 5:00 pm, Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Biggers Funeral Home.
Elizabeth was born on June 25, 1948 in El Paso, Texas to Joseph William Meeks and Dora Stires.
She retired from Oncor Electric company and was a long-time employee with Transport Life Insurance Company.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Ronald “Ron” Fanning; her parents, Dora Stires and Joseph Meeks and John Foster Daley; two brothers, Kenny Meeks and Robert Meeks.[1]
