Biography
Maria Emmanuele (or "d'Emmanuele") is a Corleone native resident, the daughter of Maestro Michaele Emmanuele and Carmela Buccheri.
Maria marries Pietro Ragusa, son of the late Maestro Giovanni Ragusa and the living Grazia di Miceli, on 31 October 1808.[1]
Maria and Pietro are the adoptive parents of Maria Concetta (1827).
Concetta is born in Corleone, the daughter of unknown parents. She is baptized on 6 December 1827. Her godparents are Maestro Pietro and Maria Ragusa, who sustain her in their home in the Santa Maria quarter, in the house of Maestro Giuseppe Rizzotto.[2]
Concetta marries Maestro Salvatore di Puma, a widower, on 22 June 1848.[3]
Maria Concetta dies at age 55 (b. 1828) on 13 December 1883.[4]
