Calogero d'Anna, the son of Carmelo d'Anna and Antonina Todaro, is born and baptized in August 1832 in Corleone. His godparents are Giuseppe Ligotino and his sister, Lucia Ligotino, who are both unmarried.[1]
Calogero marries Caterina Guttadauro, the daughter of Antonino Guttadauro and Maria Rosa Spara (?), on 31 July 1861 in Corleone.[2]
Calogero and Caterina have at least three children: Antonino (1866), Antonina (c. 1877), and Francesco Paolo (1881).
Antonino is born and baptized on 15 July 1866 in Corleone. His godparents are Biagio Mistritta and Giuseppa, his unmarried daughter.[3]
Francesco Paolo is born and baptized 9 October 1881 in Corleone. His godmother is Antonina d’Anna, who is unmarried.[4]
Antonina marries Michelangelo Palazzo, a widower, on 1 February 1894, when she is 16 years old (b. 1877.[5]
Francesco Paolo emigrates to the United States, where is known as Frank Paul Danna, Sr. He marries fellow Corleone native Nicolina Oliveri, called Lillie, probably in Beaumont, Texas, by 1904, when their first child is born.
Frank Paul dies 15 July 1953 at age 71 in Jefferson County, Texas. He is buried in Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont.[6][7]
