Samuel William Cutler was born on 31st May 1819 in London, England. He was the son of Benjamin Cutler and Ann Davies. He was christened on 25th July 1819 in St Anne's Westminster, London.
They migrated to New South Wales, Australia aboard the ship, Warrior which departed England 13th March 1833 and arrived at Port Jackson, New South Wales 26th July 1833[1][2].
He married Mary Aiken on 10th March 1842 in St James' Church of England, Sydney, New South Wales.[3] Mary passed away in 1853.[4]
In 1853 Samuel was a timber merchant of Clarence Street, Sydney.
Samuel married again on 14th June 1855 in St James' Church Sydney, to Emma Turner.[5]
He passed away, aged 78 years, on 3rd February 1896 at Bowral, New South Wales.[6]
