Mary Cuthbertson was born in Bristol in 1884. She was the daughter of Robert Cuthbertson and Isabella Shirley.
She married Isaac Martin Laidley. They moved to the Lumsden, Saskatchewan area in 1916. Shortly after, they settled near Disley where they had a mixed farm until moving into the community in 1952. They moved to Regina in 1967. She passed away in 1980 and was buried in Lumsden Cemetery, Saskatchewan.[1]
