Biography

Raised by my awesome Mother Ruthea Currie, my father is Albert Murrel Currie ,I don't remember him parents divorced when I was baby and I only have one picture of him would like to learn more about who he is. Because I know how frustrating it is to not know a parent , who they are, their side of family, where they came from etc, and am so grateful for the help I've gotten along the way and to the volunteers who make information available online I would also be willing to try to help others where I can , although still not as good at finding information as I would like to be.

Hi Charissa! According to our relationship finder, you and I are 7th cousins once removed with Heinrich Sellen as mutual gr------- grandfather. He is your 7th great grandfather and he is my 6th great grandfather. How cool to find a living ancestor on WikiTree who I don't know. All three of our children were born in the 1970's.

I completed the merges you requested. Like you, I found many errors & early mistakes after uploading my info in a massive amount. Wish WIKITREE would let people know of of this potential before the submit a large tree. I will grant you trusted status for ANY INDIVIDUAL you wish Charissa. The Nyce - Nice name is interchangeable depending on the individual family's preference.

Have consolidated duplicate entries for Jacob Landes (Landes-71) and his close family. Still not perfect, but better than before. I curse myself for having trusted the mass merge between family trees that I'd made before the upload of all of this information in 2011 or thereabouts. Now I know better than to rely on automated *anything* and rely entirely on manual entries... and spend more time backtracking than on finding actual new data. I'm grateful for the sharp eyes of other people and you who have been catching all of the mis-steps that I've made.
